When can I expect delivery?
This is a pre-order item. Your box will be dispatched shortly after the drop’s fulfilment date. We’ll keep you posted via email with tracking info once it’s on its way.

What items will I receive?
Each box is a mystery, but not a gamble. You’ll receive premium tech and gaming products including limited edition Lucky Vault merch.
Each tier (Onyx, Crystalline, Diamond) will have similar products, with the value rising with each tier.
It’s sold out before I could buy - what now?
Our drops are limited and sell out fast. We recommend:

There are no restocks, so once it’s gone – it’s gone.
I want to buy another box - will the products be different?
Each drop includes the same series of products with the value rising in each tier. So our recommendation would be to wait for the next drop, unless upgrading from Onyx to Crystalline or Diamond. But of course, you could buy one for friends or family.
What box should I buy?
Choose based on your preferred platform and budget:
Onyx – 1 premium brand peripheral plus limited edition Lucky Vault merch and accessories.
Crystalline – 2 upgraded premium brand peripherals, limited edition Lucky Vault merch and accessories.
Diamond – 3 upgraded premium brand peripherals, limited edition Lucky Vault merch and accessories.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or undelivered. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving a limited box. Please only order if you're happy to wait until the dispatch window.
Will I get tracking?
Yes - once your box ships, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details. Keep an eye on your inbox (and check spam, just in case).
Can I return or exchange my box?
Due to the mystery nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty. We stand by the quality of our gear - if anything isn’t right, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
