The price of our boxes change regularly as our stock changes. If a box is valued higher than previously, it's because of the cost of the items going into the box. Our value guarantee means you'll always get the same - or in most cases - higher value value than what you pay.

Our stock is constantly changing in each drop, meaning premium items are rarely repeated. Some bestsellers do make a return due to high demand, but every box is carefully curated to deliver fresh and exciting surprises each time.

For the Tech & Gaming boxes, the items in your box will be brand new or manufacturer refurbished (like new but sometimes in a non-retail box).

Unlike traditional retailers, we work directly with manufacturers and distributors, securing premium stock at unbeatable prices. Instead of maximising profits, we focus on maximising customer satisfaction - ensuring every box is packed with genuine value and excitement.

Returning customers may receive duplicates of products. We'll always aim to make boxes unique but sometimes smaller products may be duplicated due to stock availability. We will always strive to ensure your showcase product is different to your previous order.

During some drops, we will specify on the product information whether there will be crossovers when ordering more than one box.

We provide tracked shipping on all orders and aim to fulfil them as quickly as possible. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days except for pre-orders where we specify a timeframe, but if we can get your order out faster, we will. You’ll receive updates every step of the way!

If a product is faulty, our tech team will assess and fix the issue where possible. In cases where a replacement is needed, we’ll provide the same or an equivalent product of equal value.
